RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Help develop and sustain relationships with key clients and business contact; communicate with clients to facilitate trade
-Assist in expanding fixed income institutional client base and new business prospects in HK/China
-Ensure all transactions undertaken with clients meet with rules and regulations, compliance, audit and risk policies of the Group
-Prepare daily risk reports for market and liquidity risk oversight to achieve asset liability management
-Maintain active dialogue with treasury dealing team and other support groups regarding daily activities, risk position and limit usage to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
-5-7 years’ experience in fixed income sales or related areas
-Qualified to be registered under SFC in relevant regulated activities
-General knowledge of fixed income markets
-Capable to understand, analyze and communicate fundamental credit ideas
-Good technical communication and presentation skills / Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

RESPONSIBILITIES:
ALead ECM team to secure and execute potential financing transaction from origination to coordination of various corporate finance and capital marketing projects.
Responsible for the execution of ECM projects and to oversee and develop business leads in regards to ECM transactions.

Review existing policies and procedures within the organization to ensure all regulations are aligned

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 10 years relevant experience is required.
Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail minded and good organization skill.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Background with Chinese securities company will be preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the manager in charge of the department, oversee the overall compliance monitoring and KYC function
Act as a senior advisor and lead lawyer to the type 1,type 4, type 6 type 9 activities of the securities firm
Advise on compliance aspects relating to all above business activities, corporate finance, licensing and related matters, and review operation of business units to ensure proper internal control system in place and in compliance with regulatory with regulatory requirements
Assess impact of regulatory changes and keep the compliance policies and procedure up to date with the changes
Provide necessary compliance trainings to relevant business or supporting units.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 8 years of solid and relevant working experience in compliance areas, preferably in sizeable financial institutions or reputative law firms, with excellent understanding of securities and financial investment products
Familiar with Company Ordinance, Securities & Futures Ordinance and any other rules and regulations
Familiar with international governance standards on various compliance issues such as AML, KYC, Control Room, conflicts of interests, etc
Highly self-motive, responsible and well-orgnized with excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills to lead the collaboration of various business units Fluent in both written and spoken English/Chinese

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To promote investment and fund management services actively to institutional clients
Actively solicit new potential institutional clients from the market
Maintain good relationship with existing and potential institutional clients in professional financial institutions fields (such as Government, Central Bank, Corporates, Pension Fund, etc. in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan and overseas)
Respond to clients’ queries on portfolio/ product related matters
Liaise with portfolio managers on client portfolio review meetings and prepare portfolio review presentations
Distribute product/ market news, etc. to existing and potential clients

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 8 years' institutional sales experience in reputable buy side firms
Well acquainted with equity products, client investment principle and appetite for sales & marketing purpose
Sales-oriented & result-driven
Hunter-mentality with good industry network
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English & Mandarin

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and expand institutional client base including fund houses, investment banks, listed companies and high-net-worth clients in local and overseas markets
Develop business plans to support the Equity Capital Markets team in deal marketing and structuring
Responsible for roadshows and fund raising on ECM activities including IPO, underwriting and secondary market placement

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent disciplines
At least 2 years’ relevant experience gained at investment banks
Equipped with sound investment and financial market knowledge, rules and regulations of capital markets of Greater China markets
Qualified to be registered under SFC in relevant regulated activities
Good analytical, numeric, interpersonal and presentation skills
Proficiency in oral and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
